KLM Klan – Terms & Conditions:

1. Program Overview: By joining our KLM Clan, you agree to collaborate with KLM to create and share content that represents our fashion products in an authentic and engaging manner.
2. Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older. Should have an active and public social media presence. Content should align with the values and aesthetics of KLM Fashion Mall.
3. Deliverables: Creators must publish the agreed number of posts/reels/stories as per the campaign brief. Tag [@klmfashionmall] and use the campaign hashtags provided. Content must be shared within the specified timeline. High-quality, original content only – no AI-generated or Plagiarized work.
4. Usage Rights: Brand reserves the right to repost, reuse, and promote submitted content across all digital platforms, including but not to limited to social media, websites, and paid promotions.
5. Compensation: Compensation (in the form of products, vouchers, monetary payment, or commission) will be communicated prior to each campaign. No additional payment will be made unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
6. Brand Representation: Creators must represent the brand in a positive light. Avoid any association with competitors during active campaigns. Do not share misleading or false information about the brand or products.
7. Confidentiality: Any information shared by the brand that is not public knowledge must be kept confidential unless permitted otherwise.
8. Termination: Brand reserves the right to terminate the collaboration at any point if there is a breach of these terms or misalignment in brand values.
9. Agreement: By joining the KLM Klan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
